GENERAL

Everyone in the group must be 18+ 

We're thrilled to bring the party back to Tenerife for the second year running!  

The events and accommodation will be located in the southwest of Tenerife, the party capital of the Canaries!

Events run on the 27th - 29th September 2024.

For Packages, the standard hotel dates are 3 nights from 27th - 30th September 

We recommend arriving a day in advance, on 26th September - Extra hotel nights available to book for an additional cost. 

The Line up has dropped! We’re excited to share a huge line up with new & returning artists. Prepare for 3 days of madness in Tenerife! Check the homepage for details! 

The full schedule will be provided closer to the event date. Stay updated via our social media channels!

BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & CONFIRMATIONS

Package bookings can accommodate up to four individuals.

Ticket bookings are limited to six per account 

Names of all group members are required at the time of booking. You will be asked to provide this information at check-out. 

While there are no specific discounts for large groups, booking the 2,3, or 4 person packages can maximise savings by ensuring full occupancy of the rooms. 

Yes, an account creation is required during the booking process to complete the reservation.

The lead booker is the individual making the booking. Only one person can be the lead booker, representing the entire group. This individual assumes responsibility for the booking and must confirm any changes.

Yes, a 12% booking fee is applied to the price.

All fees will be clearly displayed to you at check-out.

Follow the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page to reset your password.

Check junk/spam folders first, then contact hello@trick-tenerife.com  if confirmation is still not received.

If you believe that any details on your booking confirmation (or any other document) are wrong you must advise us immediately. Please contact us on hello@trick-tenerife.com 

Changes cannot be made later and it may harm your rights if we are not notified of any inaccuracies within ten days of us sending the document to you.

Check with your bank in the first instance, as they will be able to advise of the reason why your transaction has declined.

The issue may be because of the rollout of 3D Secure across all financial institutions, which is causing some technical difficulties for customers shopping online. To alleviate this, always ensure that your bank has your most up to date contact details, so you can verify the transaction.

Deposit Plan - You can pay a deposit upfront, and the remainder will then be paid 90 days before travel. 

Split Monthly Payment Plan - You can pay a deposit upfront with the remainder of your balance split into monthly payments, with final payments due in July, exact date depends on the day you book, the schedule  will be agreed to at the time of booking 

Pay In Full - You can pay in full at the time of booking.


You will be able to pay by Debit/Credit Card, Apple & Google Pay, Klarna, or Instant bank transfer. 


No, the payment plan's instalment structure is fixed and must be agreed upon during booking.

Individual payments or split payments are not accepted. Payments are made using the lead booker's card details.

Payment details can be updated by logging into your account here before the next instalment is due.

If a Payment Plan has been set up, we will automatically take payment of the instalment on each payment date within the Payment Plan. It is your responsibility to ensure payments do not fail.

If we are unable to charge your card, due to your card being expired, insufficient funds or it has been declined by the bank, don’t panic! We’ll attempt to take the payment again in seven days, giving you time to fix the issue or update your payment method. 

Please be aware, if the same payment fails 3 times, then your booking is at risk of being cancelled.

Final payments must adhere to the agreed terms of the payment plan or deposit plan, or be paid in full at the time of booking. You can find these details on your booking confirmation. 

SPECIAL ASSISTANCE & ACCESSIBILITY

While not a specialised disabled experience provider, arrangements are made when possible. Please contact us before booking to discuss specific needs. Bespoke bookings can be made where possible. 

PACKAGES & TICKETS

Options range from bronze to gold tiers, varying by hotel rating only, 

Included in your package is your accommodation and your weekender ticket, giving you access to all main events. 

Just a heads up: flights, and airport transfers, aren't in the mix, so you will need to book these independently.

The package price is for a three-night stay, but if you're up for extending the good times, additional nights are available to book at an extra charge per night. 


Please Note Packages are now sold out.

We've got some exclusive add-ons like boat parties that will be available. You can book those separately, when they drop, closer to the experience start date. 

We will be offering a limited number of tickets for the event without the accommodation package.  

You can purchase up to 6 tickets only per booking. 

We recommend  securing your event tickets before making separate accommodation arrangements to ensure you don't miss out.

ACCOMMODATION

Hotel allocation is based on package selection. 

Accommodation options are tied to the package you choose: Bronze, Silver, or Gold. These tiers correspond to the hotels' facilities and amenities. 

Bronze: Minimum 2-3 star hotel. These hotels provide essential amenities and a pleasant stay, ideal for guests looking to save on accommodation. Click here for more info

Silver: Minimum 3-4 star hotels. With our Silver-rated hotels, you can expect a step up in comfort and amenities compared to Bronze. Click here for more info 

Gold: Minimum 4-star hotels. Our Gold-rated hotels offer enhanced comforts and amenities, providing guests with an elevated experience. Click here for more info

All our selected hotels are positioned along the southwest coast, aligning with the event venues. From Los Gigantes to Golf del Sur, your accommodation will be within reach of all the action. 

Information on allocated hotels was sent out on Friday 16th August. 

If you opt for a 2, 3, or 4 person package, you'll be rooming with your chosen group. 

You can book up to 2 extra nights on either side of our weekend for a total of 7 nights.

You can also add nights down the line by emailing us; although we can’t guarantee, there will be space.  

* Additional night requests are no longer possible. 

Rooms within the same booking are assigned to the same hotel. If you and your friends book separately but wish to stay in the same hotel, drop us your booking references before the 22nd March 2024.  Just make sure you all booked  the same hotel tier  and we'll try our best to make it happen, but no guarantees.

Some hotels may request a pre-authorisation or refundable breakage deposit upon check-in.

Room modifications after check-in are not possible. For issues once checked in, contact the hotel front desk.

Check-in typically begins at 15:00, with check-out by 11:00. Ask at the hotel front desk for full details on check-out procedure. 

If you have booked a package booking after the 15th of August and have not received an allocated hotel yet, don't worry. We aim to let you know the allocated hotel within one week of booking, but please be patient if it takes us a few extra days.

If you booked a 4 person package, your accommodation information email might say "2 guests" - please note that although this states 2 guests, as a 4 person package you will have 2 rooms ready to accommodate all 4 guests on your booking. 

SHUTTLES

They will be running between 3 designated stops, located around our packaged hotels in Adeje, Americas, and Christianos, to Xanadu on Friday 27th September, only.

It will operate as a shuttle, with services going to and from hotels/ the venue.

Friday 27th September. Xanadu. 17:30 and 04:00.

The shuttles will be running every 10-15mins during peak times.

There may be times you will have to wait for the next bus, but this could be faster than waiting for a cab. There are not enough taxis in the area to service 4000+ people leaving a venue at the same time.

There will be no shuttles going to or from Golf Del Sur or Los Gigantes

The stops are in central areas of Costa Adeje, Las Americas, and Los Cristianos. The stops will be near our package accommodation, with the exception of Golf Del Sur or Los Gigantes hotels.

We advise you to check these locations against your hotel booking before purchasing your ticket. If you need guidance, please contact us and we will happily help. 

No, our shuttles will not be running 24/7 across the island.

Yes, we will send an info pack with more shuttle information nearer the time.

ADD-ONS & EXTRAS

If you are unable to purchase any of our add-ons this is because they are sold out. 

They are first-come, first-served basis, based on successful payment.

Our Kongs afterparty will only be accessible for those with VIP wristbands.

You can purchase an unlimited amount of tickets across all add-on options.

We recommend booking the add-ons with the same Lead Booker details that you booked your tickets and packages with. 

Yes, tables will be available at Xanadu, Amphitheater, and papagayo venues. They will be sold on the day, as first come first serve from guest services at each venue. More info on this dropping soon.

TRAVEL

We recommend flying into Tenerife South Airport (TFS).

Flights, and airport transfers, aren't in the mix, so you will need to book these independently.

No, airport transfers are not included. But there are a range of transportation options available  to suit your comfort, budget, and preferences, such as Public Transportation such as Buses, or Taxis and Ride-Sharing Services - Use reputable local taxi services or ride-sharing apps.

LOCATION & LOCAL INFO

Tenerife is the largest of Spain’s Canary Islands, located off the coast of West Africa. It is known for its beautiful beaches and vibrant nightlife. 

Tenerife boasts a sub-tropical climate, earning its nickname as the "Island of Eternal Spring".  The weather in the south is generally hot & dry. 

We do  still recommend bringing layers to avoid feeling cold when leaving the events  

The official currency is the Euro, available at banks, post offices, airports, or currency exchange bureaus. But remember lots of places will be cash free so ensure you have a  credit or debit card you can use abroad. 

The official Language in Tenerife is Spanish, but many locals and workers have a great level of English. 

Tenerife belongs to the same time zone as the UK and Ireland. 

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Additional nights may be booked at the time of package purchase or later, subject to availability.

We will do our best to help if you want to make a change, but we can't guarantee we will be able to meet your request. For this reason, please check you are happy with the details of your booking before placing the order. 

If you wish to change any part of your booking after you have received your booking confirmation, the lead passenger must inform us via an email to hello@trick-tenerife.com

Cancellation requests must be submitted by the lead passenger via email. Review booking terms for associated costs.

In such cases, adherence to regulations and protocols is ensured, with details provided in the booking terms.

E-TICKETS, WRISTBANDS & ID

You will receive an electronic ticket nearer the time of departure. 

The ticket will also be available to download in the lead booker's account  by logging into trick-tenerife.com/bookings. You can print it or bring it on your smartphone.

Valid e-tickets and government-issued photo identification matching the ticket name are necessary for wristband exchange. 

Government-issued photo identification. Accepted forms include driver's licences.

Wristband exchange information will be provided closer to the time. 

Wristbands will only be issued once. Broken or lost wristbands cannot be replaced so please look after them.  A valid wristband, on your wrist, is required for entry to any event. 

Package resale for profit is prohibited. Transfer requests are accommodated with prior notice and subject to conditions.

Tickets and packages on third party websites are not valid or genuine. To ensure you are buying a genuine package please follow the links on this website.

OTHER EVENT RULES

Bag dimensions are restricted to W21cm x H30cm x D8cm (A4 Size) for evening events.

Outside food and drink are prohibited, though refreshments will be available for purchase at the venues.

Professional cameras (with interchangeable lenses) without an approved photo pass are not permitted.

Security checks may be conducted, and items deemed potentially harmful or disruptive may be confiscated.

TRAVEL INSURANCE, VISAS, PASSPORTS

All passengers are required to have suitable insurance to cover their booking, ensuring protection against unforeseen circumstances. 

We advise obtaining this as soon as you have made a booking. 

With all insurance policies, terms and conditions apply, so make sure you've got the right policy for you.

Entry requirements vary, and travellers should verify specific visa needs for their circumstances with relevant authorities.

HEALTH & SAFETY

All accidents, illness, and injuries must be immediately reported to the hotel front desk or event staff (depending on location). You must also notify us within 12 weeks of the end of your stay, by emailing hello@trick-tenerife.com. Please make sure to provide your booking reference, full details of the incident, and all other relevant information such as medical reports.

During the events  there will be security, and staff on duty. At the hotel there will be hotel staff on duty.  

For any emergencies, locate a member of staff, who will be able to assist or locate the correct assistance. If a serious or life-threatening crime is being committed, please contact a member of staff or police officer immediately. 

If, in the unlikely event you cannot find someone, please call 112 (the Spanish emergency number).
